Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sacred Kaleidoscope Community LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the company behind AmiLynne “Babs” Carroll, AmiLynne Speaks, LifeCharter and LifeCharter Command Suite, collects, uses and protects information when you visit amilynnecarroll.com and its pages (the “Site”), sign up for our programs, or buy from us.

LifeCharter Command Suite and the LifeCharter Collective at lccommandsuite.com have their own privacy policy, which applies when you use those services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you fill in a form (for example to contact us, request Babs for an event, join The Life Shift challenge or the LifeCharter Incubator, apply for a Command Audit, or download a free sample).
• Your answers to questions on registration or application forms, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
• Purchase details when you buy a program, subscription or product. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe and Payhip); we do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider to run and secure the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies set by us or by services embedded on the Site (see section 4).

2. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and speaking requests.
• To deliver the programs, challenges, trainings, subscriptions and products you sign up for or buy.
• To send confirmations, reminders and program messages, and, if you have agreed, our newsletters and updates.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records we are required to keep.
• To understand how the Site is used and to improve it and our offerings.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights and the safety of others.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business and are allowed to use your information only to provide services to us, including our CRM and email provider (Global Control; some forms are processed by HighLevel during our transition), payment processors (Stripe, Payhip), website hosting (Vercel), and video and audio platforms we embed or link to (YouTube, Spotify).
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
• Business changes, if our business is reorganized, merged or sold, in which case this Policy continues to apply.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

4. Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and remember your preferences. Some pages include content from other services, such as YouTube videos and sign-up forms, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We may also use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work without them.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about the programs you joined, such as reminders and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

6. Email

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about a program or purchase you are part of.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide our programs, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing support@amilynnecarroll.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy law; we will honor them as required. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site and our programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including Amazon, Payhip, Spotify, YouTube and lccommandsuite.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
