Terms of Use & Purchase

These Terms govern your use of amilynnecarroll.com and its pages (the “Site”) and any program, challenge, training, subscription or product you sign up for or buy through the Site (together, “Offerings”). The Site and Offerings are provided by Sacred Kaleidoscope Community LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or buying an Offering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using the Site

• You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy an Offering.
• We may update, change or remove any part of the Site at any time.

2. Our content

The Site and our Offerings, including text, audio, video, workbooks, frameworks, the LifeCharter™ method, logos and designs, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. When you buy an Offering you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or publish our materials, or use them to teach or coach others, without our written permission.

3. Buying an Offering

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each offer page in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe and Payhip. By buying, you authorize us (through our processor) to charge your payment method for the amounts shown.

Subscriptions

Some Offerings, such as the Conversations of Consequence reflections, are subscriptions. Unless the offer page says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically each billing period at the price shown (for example, $1 for your first week, then $20 per month) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We will give you advance notice of any price change for future billing periods.

Refunds and guarantees

The LifeCharter Program comes with a 7-day refund guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund your payment. For other Offerings, any refund or guarantee that applies is the one stated on that Offering’s page or checkout, subject to any conditions stated there. To request a refund under a stated guarantee, email support@amilynnecarroll.com within the guarantee period. Where no refund or guarantee is stated, digital products and subscription periods already charged are non-refundable once you have access, except where the law requires otherwise.

LifeCharter Command Suite

Purchases of LifeCharter Command Suite are governed by the Command Suite Terms of Sale at lccommandsuite.com, which take priority over these Terms for that service. In short: Command Suite fees are non-refundable once implementation has begun.

4. Free trainings, challenges and events

Free Offerings, such as the LifeCharter Incubator and The Life Shift challenge, are provided as-is and may be changed, rescheduled or discontinued at any time. Live sessions may be recorded; if you take part, you agree that your participation may appear in the recording.

5. Speaking engagements

Requests to book AmiLynne “Babs” Carroll for an event are not confirmed until both parties sign a separate speaking agreement, which will govern that engagement.

6. Not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice

Our Offerings are for education, inspiration and personal and professional growth. They are not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental-health care, contact a qualified professional or emergency services. You are responsible for your own choices and results.

7. No guarantee of results

Testimonials and results shared on the Site are individual experiences. Except for any guarantee expressly stated on an offer page, we do not promise any particular outcome; results depend on many factors, including your own effort.

8. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site, including links to books on Amazon, may be affiliate links, which means a commission may be earned if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

9. Other websites and services

The Site links to and embeds other services (such as Amazon, Payhip, Spotify, YouTube and lccommandsuite.com). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an Offering will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Offering in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or Offerings or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies from that date. Purchases made before a change are governed by the Terms in effect when you bought.
